Apply for fluorinated gas (F gas) quota

You must apply for quota to produce or import hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) - the most common type of F gas. This applies to:

• HFC substances
• common HFC mixtures
• other HFC mixtures not listed in the common HFC mixtures

Before you start

You need:

• details of the HFCs you want to produce or import (chemical name and quantity)
  See a list of HFCs
• your organisation ID
  Register to get your organisation ID
